Three-Cell SmartFan Upgrade
The site’s 2026 work order specifies three SmartFan sets for a cooling-tower fan upgrade.
Design-basis scope
- SmartFan 4.2F-4980-06-XR-TS;
- 4,980 mm diameter;
- six FRP blades;
- design airflow 180 m³/s;
- design static pressure 100 Pa;
- design rotor shaft power 31.09 kW;
- installation on three cells; and
- vibration, alignment and fan-geometry checks before/after installation.
The commercial work order states a 10% energy-saving guarantee versus the existing fan design datasheet. This is a contractual/design-basis target, not a measured project result.

Synergy Services was awarded this scope. Installation completion and before/after electrical-power and airflow results remain pending and are not claimed here.
