This policy describes what actually happens on synergyservices.co.th, operated by Synergy Services Company Limited (บริษัท ซินเนอร์ยีเซอร์วิส จำกัด), juristic person registration number 0105549045965. It does not describe any other Synergy Services system, such as email or internal business software.

The short version

This is a marketing and informational website. It has no contact form, no user accounts, and no online store. We have not found any analytics, advertising, or tracking script built into this website’s code. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, and the only third-party content it can load is a Google Maps embed that you have to click to load yourself.

Information we do not collect

This website has no contact form, sign-up form, newsletter subscription, comment section, or account system. We do not ask visitors for their name, email address, or any other personal data through the site itself.

If you reach us by clicking a phone number or email address on the site, that opens your own phone or email app — the message is sent directly to Synergy Services staff through your phone or email provider, not collected or stored by this website. We use that information only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically by our host

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like almost any website host, Azure’s infrastructure generates standard web server access logs for security and operational purposes — typically including IP address, browser/device information, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are generated by the hosting platform, not by any code in this site, and Synergy Services does not use them for marketing or profiling. We have not independently verified Microsoft’s exact log retention period for this environment; consult Microsoft’s Azure privacy documentation for that detail.

A note on analytics: as of the date above, we reviewed this website’s source code and found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar script. If Synergy Services adds an analytics or advertising tool in the future — or already uses one that is configured outside this website’s codebase and was not visible to this review — this policy will be updated to reflect it accurately.

This site remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode using your browser’s localStorage. That preference stays on your own device, is never sent to our servers, and cannot be used to identify or track you. It is technically different from a cookie, though it is still a form of client-side storage — you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

This website does not set any cookies of its own.

Third-party content

Google Maps. The Our Locations page can show an interactive Google Map for each of our offices. To avoid loading anything from Google before you ask for it, the map does not load automatically — it only loads after you click “Load map.” If you do, your browser connects directly to Google to display that map, and Google’s own privacy policy governs what Google collects at that point. We do not control that. Each office also has a “Directions” link that opens Google Maps directly in a new tab — unlike the map itself, this link is not gated behind a click, since it is an ordinary link rather than an embed.

Outbound links. This site links to our official LINE, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages. These are ordinary links, not embeds — following one takes you to that organisation’s own website, where their privacy policy applies instead of ours.

Your data protection rights

Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) applies to personal data processing in Thailand. Because this website itself does not collect personal data from visitors beyond the hosting-level access logs described above, there is limited personal data on this site for us to act on.
