This policy describes what actually happens on synergyservices.co.th, operated by Synergy Services Company Limited (บริษัท ซินเนอร์ยีเซอร์วิส จำกัด), juristic person registration number 0105549045965. It does not describe any other Synergy Services system, such as email or internal business software.

The short version

This is a marketing and informational website. It has no contact form, no user accounts, and no online store. We have not found any analytics, advertising, or tracking script built into this website’s code. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark theme preference. Two things can load from elsewhere: a Google Maps embed that you have to click to load yourself, and — automatically, on the Our Team page — each listed person’s current name, job title and photograph from our own card service, the one part of the site whose content lives in a database rather than in this site’s files. Both are described under “Third-party content” below.

Information we do not collect

This website has no contact form, sign-up form, newsletter subscription, comment section, or account system. We do not ask visitors for their name, email address, or any other personal data through the site itself.

If you reach us by clicking a phone number or email address on the site, that opens your own phone or email app — the message is sent directly to Synergy Services staff through your phone or email provider, not collected or stored by this website. We use that information only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically by our host

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like almost any website host, Azure’s infrastructure generates standard web server access logs for security and operational purposes — typically including IP address, browser/device information, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are generated by the hosting platform, not by any code in this site, and Synergy Services does not use them for marketing or profiling. We have not independently verified Microsoft’s exact log retention period for this environment; consult Microsoft’s Azure privacy documentation for that detail.

A note on analytics: as of the date above, we reviewed this website’s source code and found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar script. If Synergy Services adds an analytics or advertising tool in the future — or already uses one that is configured outside this website’s codebase and was not visible to this review — this policy will be updated to reflect it accurately.

This site remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode using your browser’s localStorage. That preference stays on your own device, is never sent to our servers, and cannot be used to identify or track you. It is technically different from a cookie, though it is still a form of client-side storage — you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

This website does not set any cookies of its own.

Third-party content

Google Maps. The Our Locations page can show an interactive Google Map for each of our offices. To avoid loading anything from Google before you ask for it, the map does not load automatically — it only loads after you click “Load map.” If you do, your browser connects directly to Google to display that map, and Google’s own privacy policy governs what Google collects at that point. We do not control that. Each office also has a “Directions” link that opens Google Maps directly in a new tab — unlike the map itself, this link is not gated behind a click, since it is an ordinary link rather than an embed.

Outbound links. This site links to our official LINE, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages. These are ordinary links, not embeds — following one takes you to that organisation’s own website, where their privacy policy applies instead of ours.

Team pages and name cards

Our Our Team page lists our staff by department, and each person’s /team/ address forwards to that person’s own card. Who is listed, and under which department, is part of this website’s own files; each person’s name, job title and photograph come from our name-card service (cards.synergyservices.co.th), a small application operated by Synergy Services on the same Microsoft Azure platform as this website. Every card — name, role, photograph, contact details and the vCard file you can save — is managed there, so a change a person makes to their own card shows on this website’s list the next time the page is opened.

What loads automatically. Unlike the map, the list’s current names, job titles and photographs are fetched automatically when you open /team/. That request is made directly by your browser to our card service (twsymzcbnfgzdpokjpdh.supabase.co, our Supabase project), which necessarily sees your IP address and the browser information your request carries, the same as any web request. The photographs are loaded the same way. If the request fails, the page simply keeps the names, job titles and photographs saved in this website’s files.

What a card scan records. Opening a person’s card at a /team/ address forwards your browser to cards.synergyservices.co.th. The card application records one scan for that open: which card, the time, a coarse device class derived from your browser’s user-agent string, and how the card was reached (QR code, NFC tag, or a plain link). Your IP address is never read and never stored — the service does not consult the forwarding header at all — and the scan table’s location columns are left empty rather than filled from it, so no scan carries a city, region or country. It sets no cookies, does not read or write anything in your browser’s local storage, and uses no analytics, advertising or fingerprinting script.

Retention. Scan records are kept with no automatic expiry, so we can tell whether a printed card is still in use; the service has no scheduled deletion job. Because a scan carries no IP address, no name and no location, it is not personal data about a visitor. If you are a staff member and want the scan records for your card deleted, contact us using the details below and we will do that.

The card service’s own logs. As with this website, the platform it runs on (and the name-card service’s web server) can generate standard operational logs — including IP addresses — for security and fault-finding. Those logs are the platform’s, not this website’s.

Your data protection rights

Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) applies to personal data processing in Thailand. Because this website itself does not collect personal data from visitors beyond the hosting-level access logs described above, there is limited personal data on this site for us to act on. If you believe we hold personal data about you and want to ask about it, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This is a business-to-business industrial services site and is not directed at children.
