Dişsan Redüktör, established in 1970 in Istanbul and ISO 9001:2015 certified, is one of Turkey’s leading gearbox and coupling manufacturers. Its 5,000 m² production facility in the Tuzla Industrial Zone — owned by Dişsan, with 60 staff — has built special cooling tower gearboxes since 1984 and modernised the series in 2013. 35% of its turnover comes from exports.

Both series seal their input and output shafts with high-quality oil seals to prevent oil leakage and keep contamination out, and are coated with a special corrosion-protection paint. Products are 100% tested before delivery — noise level, temperature, vibration and oil leakage — with dimensional controls run on a 3D coordinate measuring machine. Dişsan cooling tower gearboxes are in operation at Istanbul New Airport.
