Synergy Services has delivered cooling tower design, upgrades, and performance testing across Thai industry since 2006 — a CTI member, ISO 9001 certified.
Synergy Services Company Limited has been recognized as a full-range service provider for all cooling tower owners and businesses. Designing, upgrading, and replacing cooling towers has been our expertise since 2006. In recent years, our services have expanded beyond cooling towers to include inspections and performance testing solutions for various industries, including petrochemical, chemical, sugar, pulp and paper, cement, and power generation.

With 20 years of experience, we are a member of the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI), which advocates and promotes the use of environmentally responsible evaporative heat transfer systems and cooling towers. Our performance testing follows CTI procedures, and we supply CTI-certified products where a project calls for them. Additionally, our quality management system’s ability to meet customer and regulatory requirements is proven by ISO 9001 certification — certificate 9940, issued by Peers Quality Assurance Ltd under UKAS accreditation. CTI’s member directory is public and lists Synergy Services Co., Ltd.

Our History
2006
Established and represented Terra Cooling Industries
Synergy Services was founded as a technical support unit with a small working team. This year, we began representing Terra Cooling Industries.
2009
Opened workshop facility in Rayong
Synergy Services opened a new service workshop in Rayong, which has become a key facility for training and demonstrating gear overhauling.
2010
Represented D'Hondt Thermal Solutions
Synergy Services began offering cooling tower erection and spare part replacement services and became a member of the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) in Thailand. Additionally, we have been representing D’Hondt Thermal Solutions since 2010.
2015
Became an authorised Amarillo Gear supplier
Synergy Services became an authorised supplier of Amarillo Gear Company in Thailand.
2018
Expanded onto company-owned land in Rayong, added a gearbox overhaul station, and began representing Brentwood Industries
Synergy Services expanded onto owned land in Rayong and established an overhaul gear station, and began representing Brentwood Industries.
2019
Completed an overseas project in Laos
Synergy Services has expanded its coverage to a neighboring country, Laos. We successfully delivered services to a power-sector facility in Laos for the first time and have continued the annual contract every year from 2020 to 2022.
2022
Diversified into new business
Synergy Services introduced service innovations to the industrial market through collaborations with specialist partners, offering confined space inspection services.
2023
Represented Baltimore Aircoil Company and AFI
Synergy Services began representing Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) for innovative cooling towers and Axial Fans Int srl (AFI) for smart fans and energy-saving solutions. We visited BAC’s manufacturing facility in Dalian, China, and introduced a new line of services for close circuit cooling tower and evaporative condenser.
2026
Opened overhaul gear station in Khon Kaen
Synergy Services expanded the establishment of a workshop for an overhaul gear station in Khon Kaen, extending our workshop network into Northeastern Thailand.
Dişsan began supplying authorised components and parts to our workshop in 2026, and we began our collaboration with CTP Environment as a plant-utility partner.

Workshop in Rayong, Thailand
Synergy Services opened this workshop facility in 2009 and expanded it in 2018 with a dedicated overhaul gear station; this is where our expert engineers get hands-on training in gear overhaul and sharpen their skill with demonstrations.
