About us
Synergy Services Company Limited has been recognized as a full-range service provider for all cooling tower owners and businesses. Designing, upgrading, and replacing cooling towers has been our expertise since 2006. In recent years, our services have expanded beyond cooling towers to include inspections and performance testing solutions for various industries, including petrochemical, chemical, sugar, pulp and paper, cement, and power generation.

With 17 years experiences, our cooling tower standards are certified by the Cooling Tower Technology Institute, which advocates and promotes the use of environmentally responsible evaporative heat transfer systems and cooling towers. Additionally, our quality management system’s ability to meet customer and regulatory requirements is proven by ISO 9001 certification.
Our History
2006
Established and represented Terra Cooling Industries
Synergy Services was founded as a technical support unit with a small working team. This year, we began representing Terra Cooling Industries.
2010
Represented D'Hondt Thermal Solutions
Synergy Services began offering cooling tower erection and spare part replacement services and became a member of the Cooling Tower Institute (CTI) in Thailand. Additionally, we have been representing D’Hondt Thermal Solutions since 2010.
2018
Opened workshop facility
Synergy Services established a workshop and warehouse in Rayong. The workshop has become a key facility for training and demonstrating gear overhauling.
2019
Expanded businesses oversea
Synergy Services has expanded its coverage to a neighboring country, Laos. We successfully delivered services to the Hongsa Power Plant for the first time and have continued the working contract every year from 2020 to 2022.
2022
Diversified into new business
Synergy Services introduced service innovations to the industrial market through collaborations with partners such as Invert Robotics, offering confined space inspection services.
2023
Represented Baltimore Aircoil Company
Synergy Services began representing Baltimore Aircoil Company and visited their manufacturing facility in Dalian, China. Additionally, we introduced a new line of services for close circuit cooling tower and evaporative condenser.
